About the Role
Point Haus Corp is seeking a motivated and professional Client Services Associate to support business-to-business client relationships in our Miami office. This entry-level position is ideal for someone who enjoys communicating with people, organizing information, solving problems, and helping business clients receive consistent, professional service.
Responsibilities
* Serve as a professional point of contact for business clients and respond to general questions.
* Assist with client inquiries, service requests, and follow-up communications.
* Maintain accurate client records, contact information, and account notes.
* Prepare basic reports, update spreadsheets, and organize client documentation.
* Schedule meetings and follow-up communications when needed.
* Support client onboarding and help ensure business information is complete and up to date.
* Maintain professional communication and contribute to positive, long-term business relationships.
Requisitos mínimos:
Qualifications
* High school diploma or equivalent required.
* Strong written and verbal communication skills.
* Professional, dependable, and organized approach to work.
* Basic computer skills, including email, word processing, and spreadsheets.
* Ability to manage multiple tasks and work collaboratively with a team.
* Willingness to learn new systems, procedures, and client service practices.
